We process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders ship within 2-4 business day after processing time.

Flat rate shipping for purchases. Orders over $145.00 will be eligible for free shipping

Perfumes are dangerous goods, so some express services may be restricted as perfume has to be sent via ground transport. 

Street addresses only—no PO boxes.

Tracking provided on dispatch.

Report any delivery issues within 7–14 days. No returns for change of mind; faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Please take a photo of product if you deem it to be faulty and send through to our email.
